Who it's for

Built for the agencies that carry Saudi home care

Agencies scaling visit volume

Growing your caseload shouldn't mean a matching pile of paperwork and back-office hires. DarCare lets the team you already have complete more verified visits a day.

Operators bleeding revenue to rejections

If a third of your claim value quietly leaks to missing evidence and re-keying, the fix isn't more billers — it's clean, GPS-verified visits that flow straight into NPHIES.

Teams facing MoH and payer audits

When an inspector or a payer asks for proof, you shouldn't be assembling it after the fact. An immutable visit trail means the evidence already exists.

Where the numbers move

Three places DarCare changes the economics

Capacity

More visits from the team you already have

Proximity-aware assignment, fewer no-shows, and documentation that takes minutes instead of an after-hours pile of paper. In a market where you can't hire fast enough, recovered capacity is the cheapest headcount you'll ever add.

Revenue

Fewer claims rejected

GPS-verified visits flow straight into NPHIES-conformant claims — no re-keying, no missing evidence. Cutting the leakage that quietly drains 30–40% of claim value returns real percentage points of agency revenue.

Risk

Audit-ready, always

An immutable visit trail protects you in payer disputes and MoH inspections — and protects your caregivers from he-said-she-said. The proof exists before anyone asks for it.

How it works

From the front door to a clean claim

  1. 1

    Clock in at the door

The caregiver checks in on arrival. One GPS point confirms they're at the patient's home and starts the visit — nothing is tracked in between.

  2. 2

    Care, captured

Checklists, photos, notes and the patient's signature are recorded on the spot — fully offline, in under three minutes.

  3. 3

    Clock out, sealed

A second GPS point confirms completion. The visit becomes an immutable, server-timestamped record no one can edit after the fact.

  4. 4

A clean claim, out the door

Verified evidence flows straight into a NPHIES-conformant claim — no re-keying, audit-ready before anyone asks.

The caregiver app

Built for the field, not the back office

Every claim, every compliance proof, every recovered visit starts at one moment: a caregiver standing in a patient's home. DarCare is designed for that moment first — on a mid-range Android, on a data plan they pay for, at the end of a ten-hour day.

GPS at clock-in and clock-out only

Proof of work, not surveillance. Location is captured at the two moments that matter and never in between — stated plainly to caregivers, and honored.

Works fully offline

A whole day of visits, checklists, photos and signatures queue on the device and sync the moment signal returns. Nothing is ever lost in a basement or a lift.

Arabic-first, English first-class

One bilingual app for a mixed expatriate workforce, mirrored cleanly for right-to-left. No one is forced to work in a second language.

Documentation in under three minutes

It has to be easier than WhatsApp and paper, or caregivers won't use it. Tap-to-confirm checklists, minimal typing, built for gloves and sunlight.

Compliance, built in

The localization a foreign platform can't cheaply copy

  • NPHIES-conformant claimsVisit evidence shaped for clean submission.
  • PDPL-resident dataPatient data minimized and kept in-Kingdom.
  • Immutable audit trailEvery verification event, server-timestamped.
  • SFDA-safe by designRecords care; never gives clinical decisions.

Founding partners

Build DarCare with us, from the ground up

We're onboarding a small founding cohort of Saudi home-healthcare agencies. You won't get a generic tool — you'll shape the one we build.

  • A founding-agency program

A limited first cohort with a direct line to the team, real influence on the roadmap, and preferential early terms.

  • Built on Saudi rails

NPHIES, PDPL, SFDA and MoH expectations are designed in from day one — not bolted onto a platform built for another market.

  • A Riyadh-based team

We work in your timezone, in your language, and we understand the home-care market you operate in.

FAQ

Questions agencies ask us

Does GPS verification mean you surveil caregivers?

No. Location is captured only at clock-in and clock-out — never in between. It's proof the visit happened, stated plainly to caregivers and honored. There is no continuous tracking.

Is patient data kept inside Saudi Arabia?

Yes. DarCare minimizes the patient data it holds and keeps it resident in-Kingdom, aligned with PDPL. Data residency is a design requirement, not an afterthought.

How does DarCare work with NPHIES?

Verified visit evidence is shaped for clean NPHIES submission, so each claim carries the proof payers ask for — cutting the re-keying and missing-evidence rejections that drain claim value.

Does the caregiver app work without internet?

Fully. A whole day of visits, checklists, photos and signatures queue on the device and sync the moment signal returns — even from a basement or a lift.

Is the app available in Arabic?

Yes — Arabic-first, with English as a first-class second language and full right-to-left layout, for a mixed expatriate workforce.

Is DarCare a medical device?

No. DarCare documents that care was delivered; it never makes clinical decisions or gives medical advice. It is designed to stay clear of SFDA medical-device scope.

What does DarCare cost?

Pricing is tailored to your agency's size and visit volume. During discovery we model the ROI on your real numbers before talking price — request early access and we'll walk through it.

How long does onboarding take?

Most of it is importing your caregivers and care plans plus a short field training. As a founding partner you get hands-on setup support from our team.

What devices does it run on?

Mid-range Android phones — the devices your caregivers already carry. No specialized hardware and no company-issued tablets required.
